Welcome to our newly renovated modern 6 BD house with an indoor pool. You will love the open floor plan, high ceilings and chic decor. The 6BD/5BA provides plenty of space and privacy for guests. The indoor pool is heated and sure to be a hit all year. The game room with ping pong, giant connect 4, darts, and a foosball table will keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill are perfect for meals.

The space

Bedrooms are spread out across 3 floors, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. This spacious home is perfect for short term rentals, whether you’re in town for a family vacation or a group getaway.

Please note that the house is located in a private community with strict quiet hours. We ask that all guests respect these rules and refrain from loud noise and parties during quiet hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to prepare meals, and the dining area seats 14 comfortably. There’s also a large outdoor area with a grill and seating, making it perfect for those BBQ dinners. (outdoor furniture is put away during the winter)

When you’re not out exploring the local attractions, you can have fun at home in the game room, which features a ping pong table, giant connect 4, darts, and a foosball table. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, while still being conveniently located to all the local attractions.

What this place offers

* Min age for adult guests: 25 y/o*

* We require our guests to sign a rental agreement and send us a copy of their ID (only the person who is signing) before the commencement of the stay.

* No Outside Music after 10pm. We do have neighbors who can hear you. If the police report is filed for excessive noise, you will be charged $1,000 fine. Feel free to have music inside the house.

*Pets are $200 extra per pet with owner’s approval*

***If there any issues with any of the A/C units inside the house, please reach out to me. A common error code is E7. This commonly means two A/Cs which are connected to the same outdoor unit are running different settings. For example: One unit is running heat while another is running air condition.

***Please note that the pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. Almost always, it will be cleaned before your check-in time. If for any reason, the pool maintenance needs to be done during your stay, we will notify you ahead of time. If you prefer not to be disturbed during your stay, we can reschedule this for after you check-out. If there has been maintenance done during your stay, please allow 3-4 hours before swimming in the pool. ***

***Please note that all this information and more can be found on the house manual located in the house. There are several copies spread throughout the house. ***

There are cameras located around the exterior perimeter ONLY. This is just for safety reasons for the property and guests.

There are noise monitoring devices placed throughout the property to ensure rules are being followed.
